Communication surge generator
Generator with 10/700μs open-circuit voltage waveform and respectively 5/320μs short-circuit current waveform.
This generator is intended to generate a surge having: an open-circuit voltage front time of 10μs, and an open-circuit voltage time to half value of 700μs.
